Air Ambulance Transportation Needed

My aunt decided to move house, because she wants to be closer to her daughter. This means she's going to relocate from the East Coast to the West Coast. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, because you can always catch a flight and have your stuff shipped over by truck.

Nonetheless, may aunt is a special case, because she can't fly regular airplanes. She suffers from this medical condition that requires permanent medical monitoring and assistance. This is why she has to use air ambulance transportation services. We shopped around and found a few companies that look reliable and good, so we are probably going to hire one of them.

The only problem is the money. I don't think my aunt has medical insurance to cover such situations, therefore it means we have to pay for it from our own pockets. Well, she's going to sell the house here, so she'll have the cash, but I think it would be best if we booked the ambulance in time. This implies we have to find the money somewhere and pay it back after she sells her assets.
